Meet Mavis Lewis-Webber!
Mavis is committed to the idea of getting all children outdoors in nature and seeks whatever opportunity presents itself to address this goal.
As the former treasurer Mavis has been involved since the inception of the Manitoba Nature Summit. Mavis stepped down from the board in 2019.
In July 2013 Mavis attended the Forest School Practitioner Course in New Brunswick and is excited about moving this idea forward in Manitoba.
As an ECE Instructor at RRC Mavis embeds outdoor play and nature exploration into all areas of the curriculum for the students.
